BMP offers a versatile range of temporary fence panels, catering to a wide array of applications from commercial to special events. Designed to meet the rigorous standards of AS4687/NZS3750.15, these panels are not only reliable but also ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Production process of Temporary Fence Panels

To make temporary fence panels, we start by pulling wires through a hot dip of galvanized (gal.) solution. This is called "pre-hot dip gal. wire drawing". Then, we cut these wires to the right lengths. Next, we weld the wires together to form the mesh. After welding, we trim the corners of the mesh to make them smooth.

Then, we take pipes that have also been dipped in the hot gal. solution and smash the ends of these horizontal pipes. These pipes are then welded to the mesh. After welding, we smooth out the welds to make them neat.

The next step is to paint the welds with anti-rust epoxy to prevent them from rusting. Once the epoxy is dry, we spray a silver powder coat over each weld for extra protection and a neat finish.

Finally, we stack all the finished panels neatly and get them ready for packaging. This is how we prepare our temporary fence panels for use.

Economist Temporary Fence Panels

Economist Temporary Fencing panels have a frame that's 32mm in diameter and 1.40mm thick. The space between the mesh is 60mm by 150mm. These panels have been available in the Australian market for the last three years. They are a budget-friendly option, saving you money compared to hiring. However, they are not the strongest and might last only 1-2 years. So, if you have a medium-sized project and don't want to spend on hiring costs, you might consider buying these panels with 3.00mm wire.

BMP Standard Temporary Fence - 14 Microns Pre-Galvanized

BMP  offers standard temporary fencing, perfect for those who need sturdy and reliable panels. Our panels are made with a 32mm outer diameter and 2.00mm thick tubing. The infill mesh is at least 4.00mm in diameter, made from Q235 steel, the best material for welding these fences. We follow the New Zealand and Australia market standards, using 60mm x 150mm wire spacing for better stability. Our pre-galvanized steel tubing is cut cleanly, ensuring no sharp edges that could hurt workers during installation.

Our temporary fence panels are robust, with a height of 2100mm and width of 2400mm, making them effective at securing your site. They stand firm even in windy areas. The zinc coating of 14 microns on our fences ensures they last at least 3 years, even in harsh conditions like salt spray. We treat the welds and paint them with cold zinc, giving the panels a professional look and added corrosion resistance.

Standard 42 microns HDG temporary fence panels

At BMP, we've been working with Australia and New Zealand for 15 years. We understand their needs well. Customers often ask about the lifespan of our temporary fencing panels. It's a tough question because weather can change a lot. But, we know our products are good. For the best quality and value, we suggest our 42 micron temporary fencing panels. This thickness, equal to 300gram/sqm of zinc, is the standard in Australia and New Zealand. It's a bit more expensive than the 14 micron ones, but it lasts longer and is more corrosion-resistant. The 14 micron panels last about 3 years. So, the 42 micron ones should last at least 5 years.

84 microns hot dipped galvanized temporary fencing panels

Rusting is a big problem for temporary fencing panels. The best way to stop this is by hot-dipping them in galvanized zinc. Our 84 micron panels, equal to 600 grams/sqm of zinc, can last at least 7 years, even in salty air. But in Australia, most people who rent out fences go for 42 or 14 micron panels. They're cheaper and help with cash flow. However, in New Zealand, our customers prefer the 84 micron panels. They're stronger and last longer.
